Come off the M5 at Junction 21 for Weston-Super-Mare

Take the A370 towards Weston.

Branch off left onto Bristol Road, signposted Kewstoke & crematorium.

Branch right at the new traffic light junction onto Queen's Way.

Follow this road for a while,

going straight over three roundabouts following signs for Sand Bay.

Turn right immediately after the Old Manor Inn (on your right) into Newton's Road.

Go Straight over the cross roads into Collum lane, Manor farm is on your left.

Turn left BEFORE the speed hump, and unit 19 is the first one on the right.
